Session 1: Water 101- What is the Protocol to Save my Property?
The presentation will provide a fundamental understanding of basic water damage emergency situations, proper responses to water damage emergencies, emergency planning procedures, and prevention. It offers valuable insight into the liability a college or university faces when dealing with water damage emergencies and emphasizes the importance of having a property-specific plan in place for when the dreaded event occurs. Additionally, a discussion of best practices in preventive maintenance is included.

Additionally, they offer flexibility in adjusting project timelines, allocating funding sources, and evaluating campus-specific capabilities and constraints—enabling institutions to fully operationalize their facility master plans.
