| Conference SpeakerGinger Labat has served as First Lady and Adult Bible Teacher at Calvary Church in the Chicago metro area for over 25 years. She co-hosts The Moral Support Podcast and speaks at women’s conferences and events, both locally and internationally. Her favorite roles, however, are wife to Brian, mom to Brielle and Ashlyn, mom-in-law to Nate and Sawyer, and most recently, Gigi to six-month-old Colette…aka Lettie. She loves riding the Harley-Davidson with her husband, the beach, and the mountains…but is really just a homebody who loves Mexican food. Ginger’s passion is encouraging people to grow in faith, walk confidently in their God-given purpose, and experience abundant life through Christ. |

- I am helping, do I have to register for this event
Yes, everyone attending the event including men, children and all volunteers should be registered.
- What are the ages for this conference?
Ladies Conference is designed for all young ladies and ladies ages 11 and up. Please note that childcare will not be provided, and any children who attend must also have their own registration ticket. This is necessary for us to account for every person in the building.
- Does my baby/toddler need their own registration ticket?
Nursing babies are allowed entry without a separate registration ticket. We will have a designated nursery area for mothers to nurse their babies. Ladies Conference is designed for young girls aged 11 and up. We ask that you take advantage of this time as a mom and allow the lord to pour into you.
- What should I bring to wear?
We recommend planning outfits for a variety of setting throughout the conference. There will be two evening services, which will be dressy attire, and two daytime services, which will be business casual. As always, we ask that all clothing be modest and appropriate for a conference environment. Special this year, we are wearing sneakers for our On Your Feet Theme! Make sure to grab you a comfortable pair to worship in.
- Are there going to be vendors? How can I register as a vendor?
Yes! Please visit the Humanitix option listed as "Vendor Registration" for further details and registration help.
- Will food be provided at the conference?
Yes! We will have meals available after service Thursday Evening and Friday Evening to those who pre-purchased tickets through Humanitix prior to the conference. Please note, meal tickets will NOT be sold at the conference, but prior to November, 2nd 2026 on Humanitix.
- Where can I find hotel information?
Please visit humanitix website to view the two hotels that have been blocked at a discounted rate for Ladies Conference. Please note that there is a deadline for this rate, so make sure to book right away.
- Can I register at the door?
Yes! We will have onsite registration available for those who did not register for the conference prior to November 2, 2026. Please note that the cost of registration will increase when paying onsite.
- Do I need to bring anything for Yound Ladies?
Yes! We are asking that if you registered for the Young Ladies (afterburner) that you bring a pair of WHITE shoes to decorate. Everything else you need will be provided for you. You only need to bring a pair of white shoes. These can be ANY pair of white shoes, its up to you!
