By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree that you are consenting to sharing the personal information you've entered here with Humanitix and the MDSC organising team (including with any Australian and/or overseas contractors or external services that are hired by or associated with Humanitix and/or MDSC as necessary to facilitate this ticket purchase). If you are purchasing additional tickets for other individuals, you hereby declare that you have received consent from them to share their relevant personal information with Humanitix and MDSC. You have read, understood, and acknowledged your acceptance of the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy as established by Humantix (https://humanitix.com/au). MDSC will retain this information for no more than 6 months, then all personal information will be removed from MDSC's own records.
Photos and videos (including audio) may be captured during this event. These materials may be published on MDSC's website, social media channels, and other communication channels, as well as shared with The University of Melbourne, where appropriate. If you do not wish to consent to photography and/or videography during the event, please email events@mdsc.com.au or seek assistance from the MDSC organisers upon arrival to the event. You also have the right to request any digital materials of you to be taken down after the event.
I acknowledge and agree that I am bound to abide by all rules and regulations as set out by the members of the MDSC2026 Executive Team. Any disruptive behaviours or failure to abide by the rules and regulations will lead to removal from the venue with no refund on your ticket purchase.
