  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Saturday 21st and 28th June 2025 - 9am to 1pm

A 2 session program for Mums focusing on Self Care and Stress Management.

  • Have you lost yourself since becoming a Mum?
  • Are you feeling overwhelmed and having outbursts you later regret?
  • Do you want to reconnect with your family and start having more fun?
  • Finding it hard to reach out and ask for help?  

If you are looking for support with the above or support as a Mum, we will help you:

  • Identify where these big emotions are coming from
  • Recognise the early warning signs
  • Acknowledge that these feelings are allowed
  • Channel that into behaviours that are acceptable
  • Know how to ask for help (and get it)
