Event description

Debbie Bruce, Functional Medicine Health Coach, in collaboration with The Source Bulk Foods Shell Cove, would love to teach you how to put together a healthy meal plan that will save you time, money, meet nutritional needs and actually get eaten! 

Over the 90min session, you will hear from Debbie in regards to her own personal experience cooking for kids with special dietary requirements and the development of her many recipe books. You'll learn over 14 new recipes to add to your weekly plan, create your own fresh new meal plan that will actually get eaten and go home feeling energised and inspired to bring new life to your kitchen creations. 

Each attendee will receive a generous 10% off all items at The Source Bulk Foods and an opportunity to shop during and after the event, a goodie bag for coming along, recipe tasting, recipe handouts to take home and an opportunity to purchase Debbie's recipe book, Eating Well for the Family.
