Supporting your mental health and wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome.

Having a sense of meaning and purpose in life helps to build wellbeing.

This 1-hour Be Well Masterclass focuses on making the abstract concept of meaning in life more comprehendible through practical activities and was developed by world leading wellbeing and mental health researchers from SAHMRI and Flinders University’s Orama Institute for Mental Health and Wellbeing.

By participating in this online Masterclass you’ll

  • start to better understand your own sense of meaning,
  • identify sources of meaning in your life,
  • identify deeply held values, and
  • craft your own purpose statement.

All participants receive an 8-page workbook for activities to make this an engaging and interactive wellness experience and access to Be Well Technology, including:

Be Well Tracker – you'll have the opportunity to take an online measure of your mental health and wellbeing using the Be Well Tracker. You’ll receive confidential insights into your mental health in 6 key areas: wellbeing, resilience, anxiety, stress, mood and health. The Be Well Tracker is available to you as a resource to track your mental wellbeing over time.

Be Well Plan Mobile App – receive access to tools and activities right in the palm of your hand to help you develop your own unique Be Well Plan to build your mental health.

This online masterclass is a great opportunity to get a taste of the Be Well Plan, a 5-week mental health and wellbeing program the trainer delivers online 4 times a year

Are you ready to level up your life? Then you're invited to register today. Registrations close 1 week prior to event to allow enough time for you to use the online mental health and wellbeing measurement tool. This event is capped at 20 participants, so no one gets lost in the virtual space and has an opportunity to contribute if desired.

About the trainer

Lisa Marie is a mother, holistic counsellor, sound therapist and accredited trainer of the Be Well Programs. She’s also the founder of Carer Escapes which has been supporting the wellbeing of carers since 2017 through the delivery of carer retreats.

After spending 12 years in chartered, financial and production (film/ TV) accounting in Sydney, London and Melbourne, becoming a first-time mother was the beginning of a new life for her, centred on holistic wellness. This redirection supported her through personal struggles and victories and aligned her with a desire to encourage a more compassionate and caring society. She believes mental health and wellbeing is a constant work-in progress for everyone. There is no destination, just opportunities to learn, acknowledge our growth and ability to return to love.
