Come and join us for an hour of meditation and sound healing. 
Be taken on a healing journey through the power of meditation and then enjoy a sound healing issuing a mix of crystal bowls, drums and chimes. 

Things to bring:

- yoga mat

- blanket and pillow

- journal 

- water bottle
