  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.

Event description

Come and join us for an hour of meditation and sound healing. 
Be taken on a healing journey through the power of meditation and then enjoy a sound healing issuing a mix of crystal bowls, drums and chimes. 

Things to bring:

- yoga mat

- blanket and pillow

- journal 

- water bottle 

We look forward to seeing you and helping you melt the stress away for a hour ready to start your week.
