Tube Feeding: Medical Info Session
Event description
Whether you're new to tube feeding, facing challenges, or simply looking to feel more confident, this free webinar is designed to support families of children with disability and complex medical needs.
Join paediatric nursing specialist and registered stomal therapist Natalie Gentile from Children’s Nursing Queensland as she shares practical, easy-to-understand guidance on caring for feeding tubes, choosing the right equipment, and helpful tips to make tube feeding easier.
This welcoming session includes a presentation followed by a Q&A. You're welcome to submit your questions in advance to Pamela@belongsidefamilies.org.au
Please note that we may not be able to respond to every question—especially if there’s a high volume or if questions are received less than 7 days before the event.
This event is facilitated by Pam
Pam and her husband Tom are raising their children in Canberra ACT. They enjoy spending quality time together as a family, creating special memories and raising compassionate humans. Pam is passionate about supporting new mums and their mental health, particularly mums of children born with disability / additional needs and receiving diagnosis. She is also passionate about ensuring siblings get support too. A mum four times over, her eldest born with congenital Cytomegalovirus, she has a unique insight and knowledge of the multifaceted journey many families face. Sharing their story, not only helps her heal but also allows her to help and empower others.
