Let's go on a journey through the Elements of Creation..

A divine daily practice that I have curated over 5+ years to hold me through the highs and lows of this beautiful life we’ve all been gifted with and that I'm being constantly asked to share far and wide as it opens the hearts and minds of those who are doing it now too

We start off with a clearing then a beautiful meditation, delicious Cacao, short breathwork, a gua sha + face oil practice (all tools provided) and dancing to ground in together with the EARTH element

Then we move through more fluid, intentional movement as we embrace our WATER element

A short sharp FIRE breath will have you clearing deep cellular memory before we open our hearts and unplug any cords with the element of AIR

And finally, you'll find yourself held in your own deep embrace while moving through a closing mediation and soft slow stretches as we tune into the SPIRIT element we all are :)

We will then have some quality journalling time before having a fresh air + grounding break.

This will be followed by a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, a crystal bowl sound bath and energy activations throughout.

We will close with a sharing circle - totally optional whether to share or not!

A sliding scale ticket option, to suit all budgets, with a VIP option also including your own take home cacao, blue lotus, gua sha crystal + face serum & a rose quartz heart for your altar.
