Based on Chinese Medicine principles, this Integrative Coaching approach recognises that ALL aspects of a person must be considered in relation to health & wellbeing.

Integrative Coaching is an all-natural approach that explores your unique physical, emotional and energetic influencers & contributors to the health issues you are experiencing. We seek together to find the imbalance, and look at what is needed to support you back into balance. Medicine Woman Therapy reminds us that health is a reflection of internal balance, and there is more than the physical body to consider in this.

The ‘prescription' fundamentally becomes a combination of diet & lifestyle recommendations, with specific movement practices &/or meditations to suit your individual needs. Supplemental support is recommended where needed, and a Prescriptive Qigong Practice can also be designed for you.

‘Medicine’ is not always in the form of a pill or potion. The soul and spirit cannot be seen as separate from health, nor can the emotions and feelings. I find a very open minded approach is best in what healing might look like, especially in chronic conditions.

90 minute sessions give spaciousness and time. Subsequent follow up sessions can enable you to really deepen your healing journey.
