Medieval Fair at Hunter Region Botanic Gardens

After the success of our first event last year, Hunter Region Botanic Gardens is thrilled to invite LARP (live action role play) groups - Battlecry Morisset and Swordcraft Newcastle back for an even bigger and better event this year.

There will be armour, There will be sword fights. There will be knights. There will be battles. There will be music and games.

Enjoy some medieval fare - toffee apples, baked potatoes, corn on the cob, roasted nuts, sausage sizzle and more.

You can try your hand at the bow range, throwing axes, band guns and sword battles.

Dress up in the spirit of the event and win prizes for the best costume.
