Join me for two hours of meditation, connection and intuitive creation!
This monthly workshop hosted by Bloom Yoga & Wellness is all about harnessing mindfulness practices to allow our creative expressions to flow freely. The practice of intuitive art making helps us to process thought and emotion, to be in flow, cultivate creativity and to allow our subconscious mind the freedom to be expressed without boundary or judgement.
When you learn to set aside self-judgement and lean into the simple joy of creating, magic happens!

As adults in a highly goal orientated society we can get very serious and structured in our down time as well. If our work or school lives revolve around deadlines, accomplishing tasks and having achievement focus that mentality can start to seep into every area if our lives. For those of us working from home, everything starts to look like work! If you sometimes have trouble thinking outside the box or relaxing your achievement based mindset, leaning into creative flow can be incredibly beneficial.
Learn how to think and act more creatively, learn how to access the flow-state more easily and most importantly, have some colourful fun!
You will need:
- a comfy cushion
- a blanket or something soft to sit on
- a water bottle

Meet Josie!
Josie is an intuitive visionary artist, meditation teacher, yoga teacher, energy healer and creator of spiritual events from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.
"Yoga, meditation and energy healing have helped me to access my creativity, reclaim my body, calm my mind and increase my well-being in every conceivable way.
As a trauma survivor I have been living with depression, anxiety and multiple chronic illnesses since early childhood. I've always turned to art and source for solace during hard times. The game changer was when I started using them all the time, as a way to connect with myself and maintain a positive outlook. These practices have helped me to become a strong and resilient woman, helped me to accept and embrace myself as I am. I truly believe that these practices of art and meditation have something to offer every single one of us. I look forward to sharing them with as many people as possible!"
