Event description

This Meditation session is for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.

We consider various themes from a variety of mindfulness, cultural and spiritual backgrounds in an inclusive and open minded environment.

My key aim is to support participants to find or enhance connection; with themselves, with one another and with the mystery that is life.

Our hour is structured so that we begin with a reading to consider and then flow through a few different styles of mindfulness meditation. Usually we move into some seated breathwork (pranayama) after our reading and then folks are encouraged to lie down or find a comfortable way to spend the rest of the session i.e possibly laying down.

Practicing online is quite effective still and can be enhanced through lowering your lighting, making sure you have a cushion to sit on and possibly a yoga mat to lay on with a blanket to keep warm.

I am happy to help anyone that is interested in attending to access the zoom platform from either a laptop, ipad or even smartphone.
