Meditation - A Four Week Series with Cindy

Join Cindy for four consecutive Wednesday evenings in June 7.00pm - 8:00pm. Throughout the four sessions participants can expect to:

- Experience various meditation techniques which can be used for different purposes in your life including cultivating calm, reducing anxiety, tuning into your intuition and enhancing the beauty of everyday life.
- Connect with like-minded individuals and have an opportunity to share your experiences within the group and your questions answered.
- Learn from an experienced and qualified meditator. Cindy has been regularly meditating for 9 years and is a qualified Meditation Teacher.

Sessions run on the following dates and times:
Wednesday June 5th 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday June 12th 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday June 19th 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday June 26th 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Investment for the series is $140+BF. The venue is a private studio in Bentleigh, Victoria. Spots are limited to 8 participants to ensure ample time for individual attention.
