Feeling stressed, distracted, or low on energy? Take a mindful pause with our Meditation & Breathwork class at the University of Notre Dame.
This guided session offers a chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect through simple breathing techniques and mindfulness practices. Led by a trained facilitator, the class helps reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional wellbeing – all in under an hour. No experience or special equipment needed – just come as you are.

🧘 Open to all levels – beginners welcome!
Feel free to bring a mat, cushion, towel, or water bottle for your comfort.
