Join Tully from Shadow Flower Healing on Wednesday 28th May in Woy Woy for a beautiful journey through sound.
In this immersive experience we will deep dive in to the crystalline Heart of Mother Earth, where profound healing and insights can take place.
You will be gently guided using your breath and visualisation into a deep meditative theta state, before being taken on a sound journey that includes voice medicine, shamanic instruments, crystal singing bowls, beautiful chimes, reverie harp, medicine drum, and more. The beautiful vibration from these instruments will help you to relax, let go and embrace the wholeness of your being.
Each meditation is intuitively channeled for the collective, based on the current Earth & astrological energies. Working energetically with the subconscious mind while in theta state, can support you with deep shifts in your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Tully has performed sound healing at a number of Conscious Community festivals including Lovefest, Unity Festival and Starlight Festival, and looks forward to sharing this beautiful medicine with you all.

Time: 6:30pm to 8:1pm (please arrive 15min early to find a park)
Where: Private residence in Woy Woy, Central Coast (full address given to ticket holders)
Parking: There is ample street parking outside the venue. Please allow time to find a park and walk to the venue for the event start time.
What to Bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, water bottle etc. I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering
