Meditation Cafe 2025 Group 1 - small casual groups
Event description
I am running a set of 6 café style sessions to help you explore and discuss your meditation practice. You are welcome to attend as many as you wish. Classes will have no more than 8 people dropping in for a morning (or evening depending on time zone) cuppa. I will be running the sessions for 40 minutes and they will be partially structured, including a short guided meditation. We will have a group discussion that can look at what we find works for us and identify some things to try at home.

Tuesday 22 July - basic body/somatic mediation (some movement)
Tuesday 29 July - body and visualisation (some movement)
Tuesday 05 August - Basic sensory meditation
Tuesday 12 August - sensory and visualisation
Tuesday 19 August - Body scan and sensory
