Explore gentle practices in breath, body awareness, mindfulness, and imagery. Delivered by accredited practitioner Flor Defoy Daud, these sessions are designed for anyone ready to pause, slow down, and reconnect with themselves.

These programs are for adults. Places are limited and bookings are essential.

The Meditation and Mindfulness programs are suitable for adults aged 18 years and above.
Can I attend just one session?
Yes. Each class is designed as a stand-alone session, so you can join on the days that suit you and still gain the full benefit.
Do I need to have prior experience?
No. All classes are beginner friendly.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend you wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. If you would like to bring a blanket, bolster or your own yoga mat you are welcome to. We have a small number of yoga mats available to borrow for the program.
I am unable to lay down on the floor for the meditation. Can I still participate?
Yes. The Meditation and Mindfulness programs are suitable for beginners and if you would prefer to meditate sitting in a chair, that can be arranged on the day.
Where can I find parking?
Parking is available at the Armadale District Hall, located off Jull Street. Additional parking is available opposite the venue at McDonald's and along Jull Street. Alternatively parking is available at the City of Armadale Administration Centre carpark and in the Armadale Central Shopping Centre's underground carpark. If you choose this option, please allow extra time to walk to the venue.
