How do you tap into your creativity... when your mind is racing? 

How do you market yourself... when grief and frustration are everywhere?

How do you 'get things done'... when nothing is what it used to be?

Neuroscience has proven it. But in our hearts, we've known all along that stress and worry cause our creativity and productivity to nosedive.

As a writer, LinkedIn educator, yoga teacher and mum, I get it... 

But more importantly, I know with absolute certainty that my yoga, breathing and mediation practise is fundamental to helping me maintain my creativity, calm and focus. And I'd like to share a little of that with you.

Join me in a guided meditation and breathing practise I have designed especially to support the creative process and help you reconnect with your unique voice.

The event will run every Friday in September.

It takes just 15 minutes, and is completely free.
