WEEK 1 - Opening to the breath

Come on a journey to the breath

The breath is the foundation of all meditation - it is the lifeforce of our body. Here we experience how we can instantly change our stress levels, thoughts and feelings by being aware of the breath.  We float on the ebb and flow of our breath as an invitation to grounding, centering, finding peace.

WEEK 2 - Mastering the mind is mastering freedom

Become one with your mind

Acceptance of all the mind has to offer, become the master of the mind, emotions and bring this power to every part of your life.

    WEEK 3 - Being still leads to contentment

    One of the most powerful gifts you will ever give yourself is STILLNESS

    Experience the power of stillness.  The channel to insight, deep awakening and deep healing.   Stillness helps you remember the path to trust, flow and a relationship to your soul/higher self.  

    The gateway to the divine within self.

    WEEK 4 - The body's wisdom

    Your body speaks the truth - are you listening?

    Have you ever spoken to blood, your bones, your skin and they spoke back?  Here we reconnect with our physical body and build a strong relationship for now and the future.  

    WEEK 5 - The answers are all inside of me

    Trust your intuition and seek answers from within.

    Ask questions from the depths of your self through reflective meditation. Here the answers to your questions are answered.  Answering timeless questions like Who am I? What is the sound of one hand clapping? and your everyday questions about life, circumstances, emotions.  Here insight is more direct.

    WEEK 6 - Love is all there is

    Holding the vibration of love - stepping into unity consciousness

    Loving kindness as a way of life and a practice to freedom from all that binds.  Creating healthy relationships, developing compassion and living in joy.

    All meditations are expressions of mindfulness in its truest form.

    Over this transformative journey you will

    • a strong 20 minute daily practice
