Meditation in the Forest with Matthew Greenwood
Event description
Matthew will lead a guided meditation for expanding your awareness and opening up to your Guides and the Elements.
There will also be Shamanic Development work in learning how to Communicate with the Plants, Animals and Beings of the Forest.
Matthew will also pass on messages from Spirit in how we can better align ourselves with the changing Earth energies.

Meet at Forestry Information Centre/Rangers Office on 745 Warren Rd, Mt Crawford at 8.30am.

Please be on time as we need to make our way to the meditation area for a 9am start. Any late comers may miss out.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing, sturdy shoes and bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
