How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Do you have a question or need help with your practice? Without committing to courses, the Meditation Pal option lets you engage on a one off basis whenever is convenient. You can sign up for one session and a standalone query, or sign up for a few sessions for mini-mentoring.

I don't include guided meditations in these sessions, they are about you and your practise. However, you can explore my YouTube guided meditations at www.youtube.com/@sapphoandthem...
