Pilea is excited to offer this space twice weekly as an opportunity to meditate together as a community and to support a regular mindfulness practice. Each meditation period will be 25 minutes in length, and we will use the last few minutes to check out as a group.

All experience levels are welcome!

This space is for Pilea Coach Members, CORE community members, and FAB community members who are looking for a supportive place to practice meditation.

Brandon Houston is a Gestalt-informed coach and somatic psychotherapist. He specializes in helping folks cultivate and work with their inner worlds so they can more fully show up to the demands of their lives and companies. With his clients, Brandon focuses on promoting increased ease, self-compassion, and the willingness to be with one's ongoing experience, no matter how difficult. From his view, when we are more in touch with ourselves, our innate inner resources and wisdom are more available to us.
 
Brandon is deeply rooted in ecological views of the self, and he sees all experience as helpful as long as it is held with warmth and compassion. People come to Brandon to be able to hold and be with the challenges of their lives with less reactivity and avoidance.
 
People often report being able to "drop in" and connect to themselves in deeper ways through working with Brandon. He helps them see that they can be with their experiences and continue to show up to all the demands of their lives without sacrificing connection to themselves.
