I invite you to join me for a 60-minute self-nurturing, recharging, and relaxation session. In a safe space, you will be guided through meditations designed for you to:

✨Soothe and harmonize your nervous system

✨Ground you more deeply into your heart

You will leave you feeling more at peace and energised.

  • $22/1 session 

  • $100/5 sessions
