Over the coming weeks Holly aims to guide you through a variety of meditation practices to show you there truly is something for everyone. Whether you are a beginner or master each week there will be something new to learn and discover. Holly will take you on a journey from breath work, yoga nidra, loving kindness, visualisation, movement and much more. The possibilities are endless and the tools you will learn will last a lifetime.
