Experience Sunrise Saturdays with the meditationHQ Community

Join us every Saturday morning for a peaceful sunrise meditation in nature. Our weekly free community meditations are open to everyone—whether you’re an experienced meditator or just beginning your journey.

Each session begins with a welcome circle, where we provide simple, pre-meditation instructions to guide you. If you have your own meditation or mindfulness practice, you’re also welcome to follow it during the session.

Key Details:

• Time: 6:30 AM start
• Location: Held outdoors in nature (please dress appropriately for all weather conditions)
• Themes: Gratitude, Sharing (with occasional chai), Earth Care, and Kindness are woven into our practice each week.

No registration is required—just come as you are. Our inclusive, group-led meditations are designed to foster connection and create a calm, grounding experience for all attendees.
