Meditations of a Monk (MoM) is a monthly 30-minute guided meditation designed to integrate our weekly practices on social media channels into one immersive practice session. 

Using Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, these sessions help reduce stress and build a greater capacity to live life’s challenges with greater ease and equanimity.

Each session will offer:

  • Practical tools for carrying mindfulness between weekly and monthly practices.
  • Simple ways to reduce stress and reconnect with inner stability.
  • Techniques for managing anxiety in the workplace, at home, and in daily life.
  • A space to cultivate awareness and transformation, enabling you to be the best version of yourself.

These meditations are for everyone—whether you’re completely new or have years of experience, there is always something to take away. Come, join, and share in this growing community of mindful practitioners.
