ABOUT OUR PROJECT
This project provides the tools to address self-limiting beliefs and triggers, managing conflicts, thoughts and feelings.
The aim of our project is to assist people to restore, align and empower themselves in order to become a strong individual with a life purpose. Art and Yoga give us strength and the courage to reconnect with our inner space, explore creativity and self-awareness.
ABOUT THIS COURSE
Throughout active guided meditations, we provide an alternative perspective of how to express thoughts, feelings, and conflicts for those who find verbal expression challenging.
Each session is divided into welcome, discovering activities, sharing and farewell.
Using drawing, painting, collage or any form of art expression, we connect to our thoughts and feelings in a creative way.
Please note: All the art equipment is provided (material to draw, paint or make collage and tools to create with).
Although we supply everything, we encourage participants to take their own favorite art material and eventually their notebook with blank pages to keep track of their own creative journey along the course.
This is the type we are suggesting. If you have something similar in whatever size and color works for you, even better!

Art Yoga is a holistic and wellbeing project created by Dinny and Giulia based on Art expression and Yoga Philosophy. Our main purpose is to encourage everyone to express and connect with their inner world. Our artistic and conscious approach has the purpose to provide community integration and well-being.
