Find your rhythm and reset your energy in the Meditative Drum Circle, a peaceful gathering designed to reconnect you with breath, sound, and stillness.

Led in a calming, supportive atmosphere, this circle welcomes all — no drumming experience needed. Through simple, steady rhythms and mindful presence, we’ll explore how sound can ground, heal, and uplift.
