Welcome to the Ton - 2022 QUT MedRad Ball

Dearest gentle reader,

You thought I was silenced, but you thought wrong. If there is one thing you should know by now, it is that this author cannot keep quiet for long.

As the Social Season draws near, I believe it is my responsibility to keep you informed of what is sure to be the most memorable event the ton will experience. Ever the generous host, The Medical Radiation Science Society of the Queensland University of Technology is once again presenting their annual Ball, an event widely regarded as the Season’s Diamond itself.

Rest assured, dear reader, that you will find only the ton’s most illustrious debutantes and uncatchable rakes at such a sumptuous soiree. There will bawdy tunes and bubbly beverages found at the Victoria Park Ballroom, and I wager that patrons will have a thrilling time indeed. 

It is often said, however, that those who acquire admission tickets in leisure most certainly repent at haste. Do not be so high in the instep as to indulge in this sentiment. Declare your intentions and secure your tickets with promptitude:

- 4th Years Early Bird: 15/08
- General Early Bird: 18/08
- General Sale: 22/08
- Final Release: 05/09

While this author will forever keep you abreast of the Season’s most solacious developments in a timely fashion, the ton’s debutantes would now be well placed to begin rushing to the modiste.
