As part of our University of Technology Sydney Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and related Design: Designing for Learning microcredential we invite guest speakers from industry to share their knowledge and experiences with our students (we call these our 'Expression Sessions'). We're opening our next Expression Session to the public to meet with Xanthe Lawson, Managing Director of Studio 3 Learning.

About Xanthe

Xanthe has been working in the field of educational design for over ten years. She worked in secondary and adult education for some 15 years before this, then discovered the field of instructional design while doing a Master of Arts, majoring in eLearning.

She has worked as a learning designer for the School of Public Health and Community Medicine at the University of New South Wales, Sydney (UNSW), and as a learning design services manager in the Pro-Vice Chancellor Education Unit at UNSW.

Xanthe founded Studio 3 Learning in 2019 so that she could work with a broader group of clients from around the world and share her passion for great learning design across the education, not-for-profit, government, and corporate sectors.
