Meet a Manager - Find out the steps to YOUR next career move!

Nowadays everyone's career path looks different. FLINT would like to provide an opportunity for its members to meet and connect with managers to gain valuable insights on what different shapes career paths can take.

This event will provide an opportunity for those who attend to ask questions of a variety of managers to better understand what their next career move could be.

Making the move to management is a rewarding experience, but comes with extra responsibilities and challenges which may not be obvious when observing this role from below.

The following (and more to come!) speakers will be sharing their experiences on transitioning into management, and how you could best prepare yourself for a similar career move.

The evening will be kicked off by a short talk from Alyson Garrido, Career Coach and President of the International Coach Federation Australasia NZ Southern & Central Branch, Transition Coach & Facilitator at Risesmart.
