Ticket Validity
Your ticket is only valid for the specific timed session stated on your ticket. Please arrive and check in promptly to ensure you don't miss your chance to meet Bluey.

Early Arrival and Check-in:
Please arrive and check in as early as possible, up to 15 minutes before your session begins. If you check in later than 15 minutes before the session ends, you may risk losing your place.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand and limited number of tickets, if you cannot attend your scheduled session, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible. This allows us to release your ticket to other fans and ensure that as many people as possible can enjoy this special experience.

Group Size
Each ticket admits up to 6 people, including both adults and children, for a single meet and greet session with Bluey.

Non-Transferable
Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used for the date and time booked. Entry will not be granted for tickets used outside the specified time slot.

No Rescheduling
Please be aware that sessions are fixed and cannot be rescheduled. If you cannot make your booked session, please cancel your ticket to allow others to attend.

Safety and Conduct
All guests are expected to follow the venue’s safety guidelines and respect other attendees. Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the session.
