Step into a morning designed to gently connect you - to yourself, to others, and to your creative flow.

Meet, Mingle, & Make Art is a relaxed and nourishing beach gathering blending mindful art, movement, and connection. Whether you're coming solo, meeting new friends, or simply craving a morning of grounding, presence, and creative expression, this experience invited you to arrive exactly as you are.

Together, we'll move through breathwork, journaling, group art, and heartfelt conversation while the sun rises over the ocean.

✨Morning Flow:

7:00 AM - Arrival & Settle In

find your sot, meet new faces, and settle into the morning light.

7:15 AM - Introduction Circle

a gentle welcome and intention setting for the morning.

7:20 AM - Breathwork for Calm & Confidence

we'll move through short, soothing breathwork to ease nerves and open the heart - perfect for first-time meet ups or new social settings.

7:45 AM - Grounded Journaling

reflect and connect inward with guided prompts around self-expression, creativity, and connection.

7:55 AM - Collaborative Group Canvas Activity

work together on large, shared canvases to explore co-creation and community art-making.

8:40 AM - Paint & Pass

each person begins their own canvas, passing it every 10 minutes to another member, creating a truly collective masterpiece infused with everyone's energy.

9:40 AM - Closing Circle

a reflective moment to share insights, gratitude, and connection before wrapping up.

10:00 AM - Optional Post Swim & Coffee/Brekky Social

join us for a relaxed post-event catch-up at a Piccolo Miami - a lovely way to keep the conversation going.

GC Girls Finding Friends - A local community group bringing together women across the Gold Coast to form genuine connections and lasting friendships through fun, inclusive meet ups and social groups.
