Join us for Meet, Move & Eat – Seriously Social, an unforgettable 3-hour session of movement, connection, and delicious food in the charming & historic Stokers Siding village hall nestled along the breathtaking Tweed Rail Trail. This is your chance to break free from the everyday, make new friends, and soak up the beauty of the Northern Rivers in a vibrant, heartwarming experience.
Whether you ride, walk, or drive to Stokers Siding Dunbible Memorial Hall, we’re ready to welcome you from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for a day packed with joy or 6.00 PM-9.00 PM for an evening to de-stress and reset.
Refresh & Recover– Arrive to a warm meet-and-greet with a refreshing cool drink to spark new connections in a cosy, inviting atmosphere.
Stretch & Flow – Ease into a gentle, all-abilities yoga session led by certified instructors Lisa and Bry, perfect for every body (chair yoga options available!).
Connect & Nourish – Gather around a vibrant 2 course long-table lunch or dinner, savoring wholesome, soul-nourishing dishes crafted by local Ayurvedic Chef Bry Morgan. Don't worry, we'll make sure you get around to meet everyone.
Rest & Digest – Wind down with a calming guided meditation to settle your meal, clear your mind, and energise your spirit for the journey home.
Expect a delicious vegetarian 2 course lunch, made with fresh, seasonal, local produce.

Getting to the Stokers Siding-Dunbible Memorial Hall:
Walking: From Murwillumbah (8km), allow 1.5–2 hours each way (speedy walkers: ~1.5 hours). From Mooball (12.5km) or Burringbar (10.4kms) plan for 2-2.5 hours. Pro tiip: Walk one way and arrange a pickup from Stokers Siding.
Cycling: On a push bike, expect 35-45 minutes from Murwillumbah or 60-90 minutes from Mooball (12.5km) or Burringbar (10.4km). E-bikes? Just 20-40 minutes from either direction. If coming for an evening session - don't forget your lights!
Driving: Prefer a gentler experience? Take a scenic drive to the charming village of Stokers Siding—perfect for soaking in the views without breaking a sweat.
Yoga Details: We provide everything you need for our inclusive, gentle yoga session. All abilities are welcome, and chair yoga is available for anyone who prefers to stay seated.
What to wear: Comfortable loose clothing. If you are riding or walking to the venue don't forget a hat and water bottle.
Your Hosts: Certified yoga instructors Lisa and Bry bring their passion for wellness and community to create a day that’s as rejuvenating as it is fun. Plus, Bry is also an incredible Ayurvedic chef! Now, that's a clincher!
