Exclusive Preview: Impact100 Sydney's 2025 Grant Semi-Finalists

Join us for an exclusive networking event on Thursday 14 August from 6-8pm, where you'll have the chance to chat with representatives from each organisation, learn about their transformative programs, and discover how our collective giving will create impact.

Our 2025 Semi-finalists are:

4 Voices Global Limited - Supporting vulnerable women through their innovative Purple Backpack model, 4 Voices volunteers provide digital literacy, practical assistance and compassionate connection to women experiencing homelessness and isolation.

Ageing with Grace - Proving that growing older shouldn't mean growing lonely, they're launching peer support groups and friendship programs that connect older people while offering meaningful volunteer opportunities for young people.

Blacktown Youth Services Association - BYSA's Collab Lab program helps young people break free from negative peer groups through "peer elevation" - building positive networks through community projects, skills development and mentoring.

Chain Reaction Foundation - Based in Mt Druitt, they're relaunching their Youth Activities Program - Friday nights where at-risk young people find safety, connection and fun through sports, creative workshops and shared meals.

Streetwork Australia Limited - With 40+ years' experience, their Change Your Course program combines mentoring, psychological support and life coaching to help young people avoid the justice system and build positive futures.

The Bower Reuse and Repair Centre - Environmental action meets social justice as The Bower transforms donated goods into furnished homes for refugees and domestic violence survivors, while teaching valuable repair skills to participants.

The Warrior Woman Foundation - Supporting young women leaving out-of-home care to break intergenerational cycles through mentoring, life skills and building connections that help them transition to independent, successful lives.

Touched by Olivia Foundation - Famous for inclusive playgrounds, they're now tackling loneliness through Community Circles - training retirement village residents as volunteer connectors to build friendships based on shared interests.

WestWords - Giving voice to Western Sydney's diverse young people through creative writing programs that transform students into published authors, building confidence, literacy and cultural connection.

Please join us! This is your opportunity to engage directly with these inspiring organisations and understand how your contribution will make a tangible difference. Light refreshments will be served, and it promises to be an evening of meaningful connections and conversations.

Everyone is welcome - please feel free to bring a friend or colleague who might be interested in learning more about collective giving and community impact!

Tickets cost $20 per person with all proceeds directly supporting Impact100 Sydney's operational costs, ensuring maximum grant impact.  We extend our sincere gratitude to the WilliamBuck Foundation for their generous hosting of this event, underscoring their commitment to community development.

About Us:
The Impact 100 model is simple. 100 donations of $1,000 are combined to raise $100,000 each year and granted to an organisation that can have a real and measurable impact for our city.

Now in its 9th year in Sydney, it's one of the fastest growing movements in philanthropy, and for good reason - your donation goes 100 times further through the power of collective giving, and you have a direct say in where the money goes.  To learn more about Impact100 Sydney or to become a member, please visit www.impact100sydney.org.au

Impact100 Sydney is a sub-fund of the Sydney Community Foundation.
