Amy Johnson is a Los Angeles–based leadership consultant, executive coach, speaker, and facilitator who believes in the power of connection, communication, and play. With decades of experience helping teams and leaders build stronger relationships, Amy brings a fresh perspective to the lessons we learn both on and off the court. Her book, *Life Lessons in Pickleball: Joy, Connection, and Why It's Never Too Late to Get in the Game*, explores how the game can teach us to embrace challenges, find joy, connect with others, and discover the goodness in people.
