Join us for an engaging evening as Rosemary Gattuso discusses her book, "It’s Not You, It’s Me! A Chronic Overthinker’s Guide to Self-Reflection". 

Drawing on her work as a mediator for the Family Court, she will explore the science behind trauma and child development while providing practical tools for transforming negative self-talk into personal growth and resilience. Enjoy engaging in thoughtful discussion with light refreshments provided.
