Meet the Award Winners: Insights, Leadership and Impact

Join us on 16 November, 3.00pm–5.00pm, for a special Pride Pledge panel and networking event featuring some of the standout winners from the 2026 New Zealand Rainbow Excellence Awards.

Hosted by Mark Aue, CEO of Chorus and recipient of the 2026 Executive Leadership Award, this unique event will bring together leaders from award-winning organisations including Chorus, AA Insurance, Kiwibank, Air New Zealand, Moana Vā, and Fonterra.

Timed to coincide with the lead-up to Trans Awareness Week, this session will explore the leadership, courage, innovation and practical actions that are helping create more inclusive workplaces across Aotearoa. Facilitated by Martin King, Director of Pride Pledge and The Rainbow Awards the discussion will provide candid insights, tangible lessons and real-world strategies that participants can apply within their own organisations as they prepare for 2027.

Hosted in person at Chorus in Auckland and streamed online (teams link will be emailed after registration) across the motu, this is an opportunity to connect, learn, ask questions, and join what promises to be a timely and thought-provoking conversation in a post-election New Zealand.
