MIAF is excited to be a platform for the first Women in Animation (WIA) Connect Event in Melbourne. We are bringing together an incredible panel of industry pros to dive into the evolving role of women-identifying and non-binary creators in animation. We’ll chat about representation, career wins, ongoing challenges, and the importance of building a network in the industry. Stick around after the panel to meet like-minded creatives and learn how to get involved with future WIA Connects in Melbourne!

Please note that Backlot is NOT fully accessible. There are stairs with handrails, but no lift to the second floor where the cinema is located.
