Meet the selectors & judges - Head On Photo Festival 2025

We think the world is better with great photography. Over the last 12 months, with your support, we have assisted almost 800 photographers to showcase their work to the world, created an education program for emerging Indigenous photographers to tell their stories and a monthly series of workshops and conversations with leading photographers and industry professionals. We have great plans for the next 12 months across photography exhibitions, education and social issues. Did you know it costs $5,000-$10,000 to produce an exhibition or run a small event in Sydney? As a not-for-profit, we use every dollar we receive to support photographers and artists, at all stages of their careers – we work hard to subsidise costs to them, but we need your help to do this. If you appreciate what photography gives the world, why not give to photography? Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible for Australian taxpayers.
