Event description

One of the most common challenges founders face is finding the right co-founder. Where do you even start? Who should you talk to? And how do you move past surface-level conversations to uncover whether you share the same drive, values, and vision?

We’ve heard this need again and again in our community, and we’re creating an event to tackle it head-on. Meet Your Co-Founder is designed to break down barriers and create intentional collisions between people who might not otherwise meet.

Instead of traditional networking by discipline (tech, marketing, finance), we’ll flip the script. Participants will gather around problem-specific stations, from financial literacy to health and fitness, medtech, engineering, family and community, and explore challenges they’re passionate about solving. This way, you’ll connect with people who share your interests and drive, not just your job title.

The evening will kick off with a discussion featuring two co-founder pairs (Dale Clareburt & Keren Phillips Co-Founders of Weirdly; and Jack Coleman & Henry Wallace, Co-Founders of Double-Yolk) sharing their raw, real, and inspiring journeys: the highs, the lows, the fights, the fails, and the magic moments of finding someone to walk the startup road with.

Then it’s over to you. Through structured conversations and prompts, you’ll get the chance to meet potential co-founders in a dynamic, low-pressure format. Think of it as Tinder for co-founders, except instead of swiping, you’re connecting through meaningful discussions about problems you care about solving.

So, if you’re searching for your “wingman” (or wingwoman), come along, bring an open mind, and be ready for sparks to fly. Who knows, you might just leave with your future co-founder.
