• History of cannabis— how cultures across the globe have used cannabis as herbal medicine & psychedelic and how this historical context offers a new perspective on cannabis use in modern times

• Cannabis as psychedelic — how to use cannabis as a psychedelic to support your mind, body, and spirit

• The properties of cannabis as herb — and how this helps us understand how the plant impacts our bodies

• Pharmaceutical cannabis — why pharmaceutical extracts are not the same as whole plant cannabis

• Weekly embodied practices — learn directly from cannabis through weekly invitations that centre the authority of your embodied experience 

• Safety — how to work safely & intentionally with cannabis in terms of set, setting, dosage etc

• The dark history of prohibition — and how it continues to misinform & mislead
