Meeting Place is an online container for guided ,solo, ecosomatic practice-shared within an online community.

This round offers 3 x online sessions of guided ecosomatic practice to support grounding, connection to place, and body with country practices.

Practices are shared with you in an online community container with other nature-loving souls needing inspiration and motivation to get outdoors and be with your local environment, through the body/nature connection.

It is recommended (but not essential) you join the sessions outdoors.
