Kick start a beautiful season with positive vibes, crazy grooves and dance the worries away

Synergy of Love, SOL Group present hours of fun packed Zumba Dance Fitness for everyone

Benefits of movement and music improves muscle strength, balance, coordination and overall wellness. Dancing allow us to become more socially connected with family and friends while keeping fit together. Such interaction can play a huge role in improving mental health

Two fun packed sessions available:

  • Zumba Vibes 10:30am- 11:30am
  • Zumba CHA CHA 12:00pm - 1pm
  • $15 per session
