AN AUTHENTIC RELATING (A.R.) PRACTITIONERS' SERIES

An Intermediate/advanced-level series for people with prior experience in A.R. with us. 

Non-pressured and social. Participants choose their own level of participation - as at all events.

Our definition of a 'Practitioner' is: "Someone who understands that actual practice with others is the best way to integrate natural new skills and understandings."

THE FOCUS OF THIS PARTICULAR COURSE

The focus of this particular course is taking a dive behind the social masks into some more of the nitty-gritty of our essence. It will include and examine exercises based around the Meisner Technique foundations.

ABOUT THIS COURSE:

It is mostly experiential. We drop in expert tips and perspectives, but there's no major chunks of participants just 'being told stuff'.

The key point is that it is a way to embody and expand fluency in Authentic Relating (A.R.) and self-expression through committed practice.

A.R. is not something people can attend a few workshops in, and then know all about it. Only lived practice allows us to form new habits and ways of doing things that then merge naturally with how we express ourselves in the world.

The course offers A.R. exercises in a frame that is fully facilitated yet also social, unpressured, collaborative, and supportive.
