Description

Join us for a fun and informative wellbeing workshop designed specifically for people living with PBC.

You’ll come away feeling better equipped to manage your health, more confident in navigating your care, and more connected to your local PBC community.

The day will include a specialist session with a PBC clinical expert, giving you the opportunity to learn more about PBC, its management and treatment.

We’ll also explore ways to support your emotional and physical wellbeing, with plenty of opportunities to connect with others who understand life with PBC.

The day has been shaped around the needs of people with PBC and adapted based on feedback from past participants. The pace will be comfortable, the food delicious, and we’ll strike the right balance between seriously useful information and restorative fun.

We can’t wait to meet you.

Attendance is open exclusively to people with a diagnosis of PBC. If you would like to bring your primary support person, please email danielle@liver.org.au to discuss.

Think of three people close to you. One of them is likely to be affected by liver disease in their lifetime.

There are over 100 different types of liver disease currently impacting 1 in 3 adults, as well as many children. Liver disease causes one of the greatest health burdens in our country.

With interventions, early detection and support, much liver damage can be prevented, and even entirely reversed.

Liver Foundation is Australia’s national peak body that works across all liver diseases.

We are working to ensure liver health is a priority for all.

We strive to create a healthier community through promoting liver health and raising awareness and early detection of liver disease.

We help people take control of their health and act to halt and reverse their liver damage.

We connect liver patients to vital resources and services to help them manage their condition and achieve a better quality of life.

We fund life-changing research and deliver support that gives hope to people living with liver disease or liver cancer.

We advocate for policy change and champion equitable access to treatment and care.

We offer a holistic view of all causes of liver disease in children and adults.
