Kerrie is the founder of Kreating New Collaborations, a highly regarded facilitator, trainer. leadership coach and speaker. Kerrie creates learning environments where participants knowledge is brought to the fore so that strengths can be utilised both in the learning environment, and in application to everyday activities. Being an avid researcher and reader helps Kerrie keep current across industry trends and tools to share with her learners.
Kerrie has worked with a wide range of organisations including professional services, engineering, corporate, education, health, government and community sectors. Her in depth knowledge and accreditations in behavioural & thinking style models (DiSC, HBDI) and emotional intelligence assessments (ECR & GENOS) allows tailored solutions to engage and inspire different groups of learners.
Passionate about highly interactive and safe learning opportunities whereby
participants can apply new tools and strategies to their own business needs. She helps overcome blocks and finds ways for others to move forward with optimism and goals in place.
Kerrie holds a Diploma in Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, along with Certificate IV’s in Leadership & Management, Personal & Business Coaching and Training & Assessment. Kerrie is also a Leader member of Business Women Australia and sits on the Advisory Board. She is also a current member of the International Coaching Federation.
