3. Coconut Crumbed Prawns (5) with mesclun, cucumber, Spanish onion, cherry tomato, chili lime dressing & mango salsa

1. Oven Roasted Chicken Supreme – roasted herb chat potatoes, dukkha seasoned Dutch carrots & harissa hollandaise

2. Mushroom Ravioli – spinach & ricotta stuffed ravioli pillows, sautéed mushrooms, baby spinach & parmesan cheese

3. 200g Beef Rump (cooked to your liking) – Paris mash, charred broccolini & rosemary jus
